Maltipoo is a cross breed with the parents being a Maltese and a Toy/Miniature Poodle. Occasionally, a puppy with this parentage is termed as F1 generation. F1b generation are for puppies with one of the parents being a Maltipoo and the other either a Maltese, Poodle or Maltipoo as well.
Appearance
Typically, Maltipoos fall under the small dog category. They range from 20cm to 35cm tall, and weigh 2kg to 9kg. There are 3 general type of fur coats that Maltipoos will have – thick and curly, soft and silky or wiry and wavy. It really depends on the genes inherited from the parents.
